Chuck Marting

Chuck Marting is a retired Law Enforcement Officer having specialized in drug-impaired driving and detection as a DRE (Drug Recognition Expert) and DUI Instructor for a total of 20 years. He was also a DARE Instructor teaching the DARE curriculum to elementary school children for 8 years. Chuck graduated from Kaplan University Magna Cum Laud with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. He is currently serving as a Board of Director for the National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association.(NDASA) Chuck has spoken on the topic of drug trends and recognizing the signs and symptoms of drug impairment to six school districts throughout the State of Colorado including school administration certification classes through the DITEP curriculum. Chuck has been the main speaker for the Small Business Development Center Conference, Morgan County Colorado Chamber of Commerce, Northeast Colorado Narcotic Officers Association, Colorado School Resource Officers Association, Adams County Probation, Thornton Police Academy, Thornton Police Citizens Academy, and the Adams County District Attorney’s Office. He was also featured in a CBS Channel 4 News report on juvenile drug abuse of jimsonweed in the State of Colorado and has been recognized as an expert on juvenile drug trends. Chuck and his wife Stacy are the owners of Colorado Mobile Drug Testing located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, the concept of which began from their kitchen table and has now grown to include two offices, the first office located in Fort Morgan Colorado which covers Northern Colorado and their second office located in Denver just 5 miles west of Denver International Airport. He is also the host of the “Clearing The Haze Podcast” with weekly topics to help those in the drug and alcohol-free workplace looking for guidance and clarification Clearing The Haze can be heard on iTunes or any of your favorite podcasting mediums.
